How do I order Coseva products?

Our products are sold through Coseva Distributors. You can place an order online by visiting a Coseva Distributor website and selecting the product you wish to purchase.

How do I find a Coseva Distributor website?

Ask the person that told you about the product if they are a distributor. If they are, ask them for the link to their Coseva website. If they aren’t a distributor, you could ask them if they know the distributor they ordered through or the link they used to order. You can always contact Coseva Support directly by email at support1@coseva.com, or by phone at (844) 426-7382.

How do I know if I have a valid Coseva Distributor website link?

Coseva Distributor website links are in the following formats:

Replace “distributor” with the distributor’s unique identifier in any of the above examples to access their site. For example, if a distributor’s unique identifier is “abc123”, the correct web address for their site is:

What is a preferred customer?

A preferred customer is a customer with a monthly autoship. These customers pay the wholesale price for Coseva products, thus maximizing their savings.

How do I become a preferred customer?

Select the autoship option when checking out. The order you place will be automatically scheduled to repeat each month on the same day of your order and an email will be sent to you 7 days prior to your autoship as a reminder. You can modify the autoship scheduling from your account or by contacting Coseva.

How do I place orders after my first one?

Use the same email address in the checkout process that you have used for Coseva orders in the past and they will automatically link to your Coseva account.

What should I do if I don’t receive an order or if there are issues with the order?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipments within the United States are delivered by the USPS and typically take 2-3 business days. International orders can take up to a couple weeks depending upon the country. Tracking information for your orders can be found by using the "Shop" app or by logging in to your account through coseva.com. You will also receive tracking information via email using the email address you provide at checkout.

Why are there additional fees and charges made on my international order?

Coseva’s ability to ship around the world relies upon following the laws in all the countries to which we ship our products. This requires us to state clearly and honestly the contents of each box and sales price (value) of those items. The price charged to our customers equals the sales price, applicable U.S. sales taxes, plus the cost that our fulfillment partner bills us for shipping it to you. Certain jurisdictions and in-country fulfillment companies may charge an amount greater than that charged to you by Coseva. Coseva does not charge for Value Added Taxes (VAT), customs charges or import fees for products shipped outside the United States of America. Those fees and charges may be added on inside your country if you are outside of the United States.

What is Coseva’s return policy?

Because Coseva is committed to providing the highest quality product and experience, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee for first time orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact Coseva support within 30 days of the order to receive a refund. If you are a returning customer, you are eligible for a 90% refund up to 90 days after your order.

What do I do if I can’t login to my account?

If your login credentials are not working, try clicking the “Forgot your password” link on the login page and complete the subsequent form. A password reset will be sent to the email address listed on your account. Remember to check your spam/junk folders if you do not have the email in your inbox. If you are still unable to login, please contact Coseva support.

Why might I not receive email communications from Coseva?

Emails from Coseva might be filtered by your Internet Service Provider or email service provider into your Spam folder. It is imperative that you check your Spam folder to see whether any emails from Coseva have gone to that folder. You can mark emails from Coseva as “not spam” in order to train your provider’s software to allow Coseva email communications to go directly to your inbox.

How do I become a Coseva Distributor?

If you have never purchased from us you can enroll as a distributor through our website by selecting the “Become A Distributor” button. All you need to do is complete the registration and order process and agree to the Coseva Distributor agreements. If you have previously ordered from us but did not sign up to be a distributor, then you already have a customer account and should not go through the registration and order process again as this will create a second account. Please contact Coseva support if you currently have a customer account and would like to switch to a distributor.

Can I become a distributor later?

Yes! You can become a distributor at any point, whether you’ve placed 20 orders or are on your first.

How much does it cost to become a distributor?

There is no cost for becoming a distributor. If you have never ordered from us, then all you need to do to be eligible is place an order. If you have already ordered from us then all you need to do is contact Coseva Support and upon agreeing to all distributor agreements, they will convert your account.

Why does Coseva ask for a tax identification number when I enroll as a distributor?

Coseva is obligated to report to involved taxing authorities commissions paid under the rewards plan.  In order to comply with such laws we need that information from all that might participate in the rewards plan.

Distributors outside of the United States will also need to provide a tax identification number.  Distributors may apply for a Employer Identification Number by going to the following link:

Why am I prohibited from using “Coseva” or “Advanced TRS” in my username, website, email address, social networking page, etc.?

“Coseva” and “Advanced TRS” are trademarks which are owned by Coseva. Use of these trademarked terms may cause confusion to the public regarding the identity of the publisher of the information associated, or may give the false impression that a Distributor is acting as a representative of the company, Coseva. Therefore, such use is prohibited by the contract that Distributors enter into with Coseva.
