Apply generously whenever you’re worried about getting sick, want to clear up your lungs, or know your immune system needs some extra love.

Roll in a circle (3x) directly onto your wrists, back of your neck, on pressure points, on the soles of your feet, or your collarbones and take a few deep breaths.

Repeat throughout the day to keep your defenses up and protect your health.

For topical and aromatic purposes only. Potential skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children and avoid application to eye areas. Avoid use on infants and small children. If pregnant consult your physician before using. Stay out of direct sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying product to skin due to increased photosensitivity from citrus oil.
